BY VAN: Take a V-hire from the Ayala Center Terminal going to Balamban via Transcentral highway route. Fare is P120 per person (one-way). Inform the driver to drop you off at Brgy. Hingatmonan.

RENT A CAR: The farm offers air conditioned Van Transportation as per availability with certain charges. You can also rent a car via SquadPH Travels.

BY CAR: Just navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to Cebu Safari and Adventure Park. From there, ask around where you can find Alhibe Farm.

BY BUS: For commuting guests, a bus ride from the city’s North Terminal and getting off at Carmen Public Market is the easiest way. The farm is located in Barangay Sacon, 10km from the National Highway and is about a 30minute drive of uphills & downhills, river crossing & a single-lane rough road experience before arriving. There are no regular public transit system going to Barangay Sacon from the town proper, however Motorcycles for hire “habal-habal’’ are readily available for a P50 per head, minimum of 2 per trip. Most of the motorcycle drivers are familiar with the fenced farm, few meters from the MLhuillier’s Safari back gate going to Barangay Lanipga.

3. LAVA MOUNTAIN RIVER FARM

Only 45 minutes away from Cebu City, this resort seems so close and yet you will feel like you have been transported to a completely different place! It’s the perfect place for family gatherings, team buildings, or friends’ escapade.

How to get there?

Exact location: Biasong, Brgy. BonBon, Cebu City — going uphill, 3 km away from main road and will pass through not-so-concrete roads. 45 minutes to 1 hour away from the city.

There is no public vehicle that can take you directly to the resort. These are your options:

BY CAR: You may need a private vehicle to get to the place. Then navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “Lava Mountain River Farm”. Ample parking space is available.

BY MOTORBIKE: You may also opt to ride a habal-habal from JY Square. It will cost around ₱150-200 per person; each motorbike can accommodate up to 2pax. Make sure to negotiate first before riding.

4. The Fog House

There is no public vehicle that can take you directly to The Fog House. The trip could take approximately 30-45 minutes from JY Square Mall. You may need a private vehicle to get to the place, rent the van via SquadPH Tours and Travels, or rent your own vhire or jeepney (pakyawan).

5. Bacalla Woods Campsite

You have probably come across this on your feed, or heard of it from your friends or elsewhere. It’s actually the talk of the town — particularly famous for being unusually existent in the province of Cebu. It seems out of this world yet many are eager to experience this astonishing wonder — the Bacalla Woods Campsite in San Fernando, Southern Cebu.

How to get there?

Exact location: Libo, Ilaya, San Fernando, Cebu — near Hidden Paradise Resort, approx. 40km or 1-2 hour travel from the city.

From the South Bus Terminal, ride any bus you can find there — all buses will pass through San Fernando (P30-40 bus fare). Tell the konduktor to drop you off at the eskinita going to Hidden Paradise Mountain Resort. From there, ride a habal-habal to reach your destination (P100 fare per person). Just tell the driver that you’re going to Bacalla Woods.

You can also bring you own private vehicle. Simply navigate via Waze or Google Maps and search for Bacalla Woods Campsite in San Fernando.
