Are you familiar with survival shows and movies where famous stars are stranded on a lone and isolated island for a week or a movie where a plane crashes?

A similar backdrop to the set of these kinds of shows and movies can be found in Malay, Aklan – the Native Village Resort. Aside from that, it is worth noticing the tranquility you’ll get on this lone island.

You will be transcended back to the beginning of civilization with how native huts also stand in solitary. There are just a few huts. The native hut sits on the rock formations. You can take boats that resemble the ancient balangays where the term “Barangay” was derived from, native Vintas, as we say. The iconic boats of Aklan where these boats can often be seen in posters when they promote their tourism.

We often strive for harmony to thrive since we are always in survival mode every day. However, paradoxes are beautiful in their own ways, just like the paradox of the feelings that come with this island, given its isolated nature.

A contrasting nature, like in colors, the contrast makes an object looks sharp and stands out more. So don’t shun any paradox that comes along your way, it might seem absurd and unbelievable, but sometimes as you get to know it – you will get to see its beauty that you can’t believe that it exists.

That’s why, give this island a chance where you will not get the usual loneliness from its isolated nature, instead – you will get a paradoxical feeling. Tranquility will thrust its way as you relinquish their nature.
