How To Get There?
Exact Location: Vinapor, Carmen, Agusan del Norte, Mindanao
By BUS: If you’re coming from Cagayan de Oro, take the national highway and turn right at the junction, before reaching Carmen. Travel time is approximately 1hr and 15mins from Gingoog. Once in Carmen, you can ask locals the exact location of the resort as it is well-known among them. Motorcycle taxis are readily available for a fee.
BY CAR: Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “VIN4 Blue Water Resort” in Carmen, Agusan del Norte. Parking space is available.
