This Filipino artist from Roxas City, Capiz went viral for his meta, hyperrealistic portrait titled Me, Myself and I (2), depicting himself painting his own image using oil on a 48×80-inch canvas.
“Remaking my original Painting na nag viral at kumalat around the world last year…and this time I want to make it more realistic
,” Artist John Cyril Dojaylo explained in a Facebook post.
This is actually a recreation of a painting of his which also went viral and was featured around the world back in 2020.
