WHAT TO DO AND EXPECT?
- For marine protection rules, you can take pictures but please NO TOUCHING and HARMING of the sardines, turtles, corals and other marine life. There is a municipal ordinance or administrative fine of P2,500.00 per person, per violation in any of these rules. We have “Bantay Dagat” or watchers deployed at the sites.
- After your activities, you may rinse at the shower area. Please use your personal towels as we do not allow any towel rentals. Toilets are also available and you can use them for free.
HOW TO GET THERE?
- From the South Bus Terminal, ride a bus heading to “Bato via Barili”. Inform the driver ahead to drop you off at Gaisano Grand Mall or the Moalboal Municipal Hall. Bus fare is ~₱120 per head (one-way), travel time is around 3 hours.
- From either Gaisano Grand Mall Moalboal or the Municipal Hall, ride a tricycle to your hotel. Or tell the driver to take you Pinagsama Beach (since this is nearer to Pedascor Island). There’s also lot of diving shops here where you can for island hopping tours. Fare is ₱20 per person (one-way), travel time is approx. 15 minutes.
OSMEÑA PEAK
Osmeña Peak offers one of the most breathtaking views in Cebu, making it a popular destination for hikers. Often referred to as the “Chocolate Hills” of Cebu, its unique mountain formations resemble those in Bohol.
Rising 1,013 meters above sea level, the peak provides clear views of Pescador Island and Moalboal. Visitors are drawn to its stunning rock formations and capped hills, while the cool fog on cloudy days adds a mystical atmosphere.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Exact Location: Brgy. Mantalungon, Dalaguete, Southern Cebu — 2.5-3 hours away from Cebu City.
- BY BUS: From the South Bus Terminal in Cebu City, ride a bus bound to Oslob or Bato. Fare is around ₱150. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at Dalaguete junction. Travel time on average is 2.5 – 3 hours. As you arrive at the Dalaguete junction, there are several motorcycle-for-hire or “habal-habal” going to the jump-off point, hire one. Fare is around P120. Travel time is 45 minutes to 1 hour.
When you arrive at the drop-off point going to the peak, follow the stone path leading to the registration office/information desk. You need to pay the entrance fee of ₱30 before starting your hiking adventure. You do not need to worry if it’s your first time to visit the place because the trail is visibly marked and can be easily navigated.
- BY CAR: Alternatively, you can rent a car/van for you to travel at your own pace. Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and search for “Osmeña Peak” in Dalagute.
FORT SAN PEDRO
Located in Plaza Independencia, Fort San Pedro is a unique triangular fort from the 18th century. Inside, it’s more than just a historic site; it’s also a museum filled with fascinating war relics. You’ll see fourteen canons displayed around the fort, along with Spanish-era clothing, photos, and other historical items. For an extra touch of fun, staff dressed as Spanish soldiers greet you at the entrance, making your visit even more engaging and memorable!

NATIONAL MUSEUM OF THE PHILIPPINES – CEBU

- BY BUS: From the North Bus Terminal, ride any bus or v-hire going to Kawit, Medellin. Bus fare is ₱180 per person, v-hire is ₱170 per person. Land travel is 3-4 hours. From there, ride a motor boat going to Gibitngil Island. Boat travel is 15-20 minutes.
- BY CAR: If you opt to bring your car, just navigate with Waze and pin your location to Kawit Medellin or to any beach resort nearby where you can park your car. You can try Kevin’s Beach Resort, Seahorse Tourist Inn or Emelia Hotel and Resort. Parking fee may range from ₱50 to ₱150 per day.
