Mindanao is facing tons of huge projects in the coming years as not one, not two, but SEVEN SM Malls are said to be built within the region!
Two were confirmed, SM City Tagum and SM City Iligan, as both stores are already in their beginning stages! But, aside from that, there are five more SM Malls in the pipeline and are heading towards enhancing the shopping experiences of Mindanao residents.
The SM City “soon-to-be” Malls are said to be in Surigao, Koronadal, Toril, Cotabato, and Pagadian! This burst of infrastructures and projects are reflecting the area’s growing economic potential and increasing consumer demand.
