Vitor’s inspiring 53 x 89-inch painting of the environmentalist Pedro Angco caught the hearts of international museum curators Salvatore and Francesco Saverio Russo. The masterpiece earned Vitor a coveted spot in the upcoming “Contemporary Celebrity Masters Volume II – 2024” exhibit at the National Museum of Science and Technology in Milan, Italy, this April 2024. The museum will showcase Vitor’s artworks and other pieces from renowned artists.

Despite the challenges posed by his severe myopia, Vitor’s unceasing creative spirit and passion remain. He began focusing on making captivating artworks with bold colors, intricate details, and in blown up proportions; mainly for him to see his art better and also to entice his viewers.

In his heartfelt message to fellow Boholanos and Filipinos, Vitor encourages us to keep our faith and trust in God’s divine plans, “Moabot man gyud ang time nga mobiya ra ta aning kalibutana, ang ako lang gyud giampo kanunay sa Ginoo nga kining mga artwork by every Boholano artist, for the people of Bohol, will find a niche in the hearts of those who will come after us.
