How To Get There?

Location: Libjo, Dinagat Islands, Philippines
By Car: From Butuan City, drive to Surigao City (around 2–3 hours), then take a RORO or barge to San Jose, Dinagat Islands (about 1–2 hours). Once there, follow local signs or ask for directions to Mt. Palhi’s trailhead—roughly a 20-minute ride from the town proper.
By Commute: From Surigao City, take a passenger ferry to San Jose (₱150–₱200, 1–1.5 hours). Upon arrival, ride a habal-habal or tricycle to the base of Mt. Palhi. Locals are friendly and often offer to guide visitors up the trail.
