HOW TO GET THERE?

Exact Location: Balacson, Kawayan, Biliran, Kawayan, Philippines

  • By Commute: From Tacloban City, ride a van or bus to Naval, the capital of Biliran (around 2–3 hours travel time). From Naval terminal, take a van or jeepney heading to Kawayan. Once in Kawayan town proper, ride a habal-habal (motorbike) to Brgy. Balacson. Locals are familiar with Mondelo’s Nature Park—it’s a known spot in the area.
  • By Car: Just type “Mondelo’s Nature Park, Kawayan, Biliran” into Google Maps or Waze. The drive from Naval to Kawayan takes about 30 to 45 minutes. There’s ample parking space near the entrance.
