Na-revamp na ang CBP for 2025, nya ikaw? Nagbag-o na ka?

If you haven’t been to the Cebu Business Park (CBP) lately, you’re seriously missing out. What was once just a corporate jungle is now Cebu City’s newest hangout spot; literally!

The newly upgraded CBP space is giving “work-life balance” a whole new meaning as they revamped the space whether you’re a jogger, fur-parent, foodie, or just someone who loves a good sunset picnic.
Unsa’y Naa sa CBP?
Technically it’s just a space, but it’s designed specifically for being a park for all kinds of people with all types of lifestyles. Here are some of the things you can see at CBP:
A playground for all

Yes, they finally did it! There’s now a safe, fun space where your little ones and furbabies can run wild while you sip coffee or watch from the sidelines. The playground features colorful obstacle courses, spacious paths, and tons of grass. But, always remember to be a responsible pet-owner when you do bring your furbabies.
Jogging paths for your morning or late-night sweats

The thing about CBP is that it is one of Cebu’s largest business centers where the BPO industry thrives, so, it’s the best place to have 24/7 jogging areas that’s safe. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just trying to close your fitness ring, the new jogging paths are wide, clean and surrounded by greenery—giving major serenity + stamina energy.
Benches and tables to chill on

Finally, benches that don’t feel like medieval torture devices! These new seats are comfy, sleek, and great for people-watching, book-reading, or just zoning out with good vibes under the Cebu sun. There are benches with backrests and some with modern-sleek design for Instagram-worthy pics. Even better is that they also have picnic tables for when you feel like hanging out with your friends around a spread of food and bevs. Now there’s no need for you to lay out on the grass, unless you want to.
An altar for Mama Mary

Us, Filipinos, are known for being religious and spiritual which is why it’s no surprise that in the middle of all the modern fun, CBP placed a quiet and humble space for reflection. The altar is great for when you need a moment of peace, prayer, or just catching your breath from life.
The magical twinkling trees

And as the sun sets, the trees light up, literally, which adds a sense of magical ambiance to CBP and makes the whole place feel like a movie set. Imagine sitting on the bench with your beau or when you’re feeling all sentimental, you just people-watch under the glowing trees with a sappy song playing in your headset.
There’s a FOOD TRUCK

CBP is already a spot where you can find tons of food and beverage options, but they made it even better as they added a food truck at the new park! It’s the An’dale Eats food truck and they offer varieties of options, from rice meals, sandwiches, burgers, chips, nachos and even thirst quenching bottled beverages.
Lastly, the CBP Farmer’s Market
Whether you’re looking for organic veggies or locally made goods, the CBP Farmer’s Market is the place to visit as it brings the probinsya charm right into the city.
CBP isn’t just for office hours anymore as it became a place to move, chill, snack, reflect, and connect, whether you’re with family, friends, your pets, or just your thoughts.
