“Hello?, yes I have a minor water problem can you please help me?”

The Department of Natural Resources and the Water Resources Management Office have launched a service hotline called “Wag’ Pataksaya” to assist consumers with their water issues. This initiative aims to address and resolve all concerns related to water problems.

Water Solution, Just a Call Away!

As stated by Undersecretary for Integrated Environmental Science and concurrent WRMO Head Dr. Carlos Primo C. David, “The hotline is an automated system designed to connect consumers with their respective water service providers. This ensures that concerns reach the appropriate authorities and the right Water Service Provider (WSP) in their area efficiently, promptly, and accurately.” Cheers for this service—hip hip! Hooray!

Additionally, Undersecretary David mentioned that all consumers can report concerns ranging from meter readings and billing issues to water interruptions. They will facilitate the resolution of all reported problems. However, Undersecretary David clarified that the WRMO does not oversee water-related issues or provide repair services.
