On site parking is available but it’s best to arrive early during weekends or sunset hours when the area is busiest.
- By Commute: From the city center, you can take a tricycle or a pedicab directly to Rizal Boulevard as it’s only a short ride away. Local jeepneys also pass nearby and drivers will gladly drop you off close to the promenade.

Head west on Perdices Street and continue onto Hibbard Avenue and follow signs leading to Valencia. Upon reaching Valencia, proceed towards Barangay Malabo where the resort is situated. Free on site parking is available at the resort.
- By Commute: From Dumaguete City, take a jeepney or multicab bound for Valencia. The fare is approximately ₱15.00 per person and the journey takes about 20 minutes. Upon reaching Valencia town proper, take a habal-habal to take you directly to Pulangbato Falls Mountain Resort. The habal-habal ride costs around ₱300.00 for two passengers and takes approximately 20 minutes.

Buglas Isla Cafe is located on the ground floor of a building across from the Food District which is situated in the Piapi area. - By Commute: From Dumaguete’s City, take a jeepney or multicab heading towards Piapi. Inform the driver of your destination and they will drop you off near the cafe. Alternatively, you can hire a tricycle for a more direct route.
