How To Get There?
Location: Barangay Igcabugao, Igbaras, Iloilo City, Panay, Western Visayas, Philippines
- Via Car: From Iloilo City, drive Iloilo to Leon to Igbaras Road to Barangay Igcabugao. The trip usually takes about 2 hours which is around 40 to 50 km. Once in Igbaras town proper, follow the local signs or ask locals for directions to Guitsaran Falls.
- Via Commute: From Iloilo City, ride a bus or a van bound for Igbaras. At the town proper, take a tricycle or habal-habal to the trailhead of Guiritsan Falls. From the trailhead, be prepared for a short hike through a forested path to reach the waterfalls. It’s best to ask locals the Igbaras Tourism Office for guidance to ensure you take the safest and quickest route.
