Once wandering the streets of Baybay City, Leyte, weak and alone, Tokoy’s life took a dramatic turn when he was rescued in 2019. From scrounging for food and water, he found care, comfort, and a forever home, leaving his days as a stray behind.
An Unbreakable Bond
Tokoy quickly became inseparable from his owner, Elizabeth Carpentero. Even when distance separated them during her studies in Europe, their connection stayed strong. Regular calls ensured that Tokoy never lost touch with his fur mom, keeping their bond alive across continents.
Journey Across the Globe
When Elizabeth received another scholarship opportunity, arrangements were made for Tokoy to travel to Europe. The process required months of preparation, including vaccinations, a veterinary certificate, and a microchip, reflecting the careful planning behind bringing a pet across borders.
Life in Spain
Arriving in Spain in April 2024, Tokoy began a new chapter filled with exploration. He traveled through Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia, embracing a world of cities, towns, and experiences that were once unimaginable.
Snowy Swiss Adventures
Today, Tokoy lives in Switzerland, experiencing his first snow and enjoying trips to picturesque locations like Grindelwald and Interlaken. From cable cars to famous landmarks, his days are now filled with adventure and comfort.
