- By Car: Drive to Naval, Biliran, then park at Naval Port. From there, ride the passenger boat or charter a resort boat to Higatangan.
- By Commute: From Tacloban, Ormoc, or nearby cities, take a van or bus to Naval. Head to Naval Port, then board the daily passenger boat to Higatangan.
