Located in Barangay Siocon, Bogo City, Siocon Public Beach is a peaceful retreat for those who prefer simplicity over-crowded resorts. Its stretch of cream-colored sand kissed by gentle waves makes it perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and laid-back family outings. Unlike most commercialized destinations, this public beach embraces its rustic charm, welcoming even furry friends since it’s proudly pet friendly.

Camping Under the Stars

At night, the shoreline transforms into a campsite where both locals and travelers pitch tents under the open sky. Camping by the beach is a favorite activity, with the sound of the waves creating the perfect lullaby. Visitors should note, however, that facilities are basic and limited, there are no lifeguards, bathrooms, or amenities for PWDs, so packing essentials is a must for an enjoyable stay.
Festivals and Local Flavors

A trip to Siocon isn’t just about the sea, it’s also about immersing in Bogo’s vibrant culture. Visitors can experience the Kuyayang Festival, a traditional dance showcasing heritage, or savor the Pintos Festival, which celebrates the city’s beloved sweet corn tamales. These events add rhythm and flavor to any visit, making the experience uniquely Bogohanon.
