Excitement is building in Bohol as SM Prime Holdings, Inc. has officially begun constructing SM City Tagbilaran, the province’s first SM mall. 

The groundbreaking ceremony, held on February 27 in Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City, marked a milestone that signals new opportunities for the local community and economy.

SM City Tagbilaran is strategically positioned between two of the city’s busiest thoroughfares, J.A. Clarin and C.P. Garcia Avenue. Rising on a 60,000-square-meter property, the mall will span 20,000 square meters across three levels.
