How To Get There?
Location: Barangay Amio, Santa Catalina, Negros Oriental, Visayas, Philippines
- By Car: From Dumaguete City, drive toward Sta. Catalina via the main provincial road. Once you reach the town proper of Sta. Catalina, head further to Barangay Amio. The road to Amio is partly paved but some sections are rough and steep, especially closer to the falls. After arriving in Brgy. Amio, you’ll need to take a habal-habal or local vehicle to the trailhead, then hike roughly until you reach Talostos Falls.
- By Commute: From Dumaguete City, take a public bus or van bound for Sta. Catalina. Ask to be dropped off in Amio or the nearest accessible point to Amio. From that drop off, take a habal-habal to take you nearer to the trailhead. Be prepared for a hike from the jump off as the last parts are not accessible by large vehicles.
