How To Get There?
Location: Barangay Nomoh, Maasim, Sarangani, Mindanao, Philippines
- By Car: From General Santos City, drive west along the Sarangani to Davao del Sur Coastal Road toward Maasim. The trip usually takes about 1 to 2 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Maasim town proper, follow the road leading to Barangay Nomoh. From there, locals can guide you to the nearest jump off point for Traan Falls where a short hike is needed to reach the cascade. Parking is available near the barangay area.
- By Commute: From General Santos City, ride a van or bus bound for Maasim, Upon arriving at Maasim town proper, take a habal-habal going to Barangay Nomoh. The ride is about 20 to 30 minutes and may be rough in certain areas especially during the rainy season. From the drop off point, a short trek is required before reaching Traan Falls.
