- By Air: Start by flying to Zamboanga City. From there, take a connecting flight to Sanga-Sanga Airport in Bongao. This is the main gateway to the province.
- By Car: From Sanga-Sanga Airport, hire a tricycle or private vehicle to Bongao Port, about 10–15 minutes away. There are no private cars on Panampangan itself, but land travel is essential for reaching the port where boats depart.
- By:Commute: From the airport or town center, take a tricycle to Bongao Public Market or Bongao Port and inform the driver you’re heading for island hopping. From the port, arrange a motorized boat, usually part of a guided island-hopping tour, to Panampangan Island.
