Hagdan Oslob Monkey Protectors and Farmers Association is an organization committed to protecting the cute, long-tailed macaques in their environment. The organization is also promoting eco-tourism, such as an encounter with the macaques by feeding them and observing their behaviours. “Did you know?” that macaques are highly social animals that live in a group that is called a troop. The HOMPFA  also supports local farmers by reducing damaged crops caused by the monkeys in the area.
