How To Get There?

Location: Calumpihan Island, Leyte, Philippines 

  • By Car: To reach Shoe Island, travelers first head to Cabucgayan in Biliran. From Tacloban City, it’s roughly a 2.5 to 3-hour drive via Leyte Circumferential Road. Private vehicles can be parked near the Biliran port.
  • By Commute: Commuters can take vans or buses bound for Biliran, then hire a boat from Cabucgayan to the island. The boat ride itself takes around 20 minutes.
