The Skywalk Eco-Park offers breathtaking views of the Tañon Strait and the island of Cebu. This modern hillside park, rising 238 meters above sea level, allows visitors to soak in nature while enjoying the fresh breeze and panoramic vistas. The viewing deck, powered by solar panels, adds a touch of sustainability, making the experience both eco-friendly and memorable.

The 193-step stairway leads to the viewing deck, combining 186 steel steps and 7 concrete steps. The structure reaches 16 meters high, offering a perfect spot for photography or simply enjoying nature. The Skywalk was opened in October 2021, transforming a former town dumping site into a landmark that promotes environmental awareness, especially on waste segregation.

How to Get There?

Location: Brgy. Tigbon, Calatrava, Negros Occiddental

By Car: From Bacolod City, drive along Negros Occidental Eco-Tourism Highway (via Escalante Road) toward Calatrava. Upon reaching the town, follow signage to Barangay Tigbon. The journey takes roughly 2.5 to 3 hours, passing rolling hills and scenic countryside roads. Ample parking is available near the Skywalk entrance.

By Commute: Take a Ceres Liner or local bus from Bacolod City bound for Calatrava or Sagay. Alight at Barangay Tigbon, then ride a tricycle straight to the Skywalk Eco-Park. The tricycle ride takes around 10–15 minutes, winding through lush greenery and offering a preview of the views ahead.
