D’cazuela VERDE Private Villa is a quiet retreat away from the bustling city. The villa is a beautiful bungalow with an inviting garden and its own private pool. It is built in a square of fenced property that guarantees your peaceful privacy in your own little pocket of nature!
Spacious villa
The villa is a refreshing take on contemporary and cultural, combining native patterns and elements with more modern architecture and design. You’ll find a surprisingly comfortable abode in the midst of bamboo beams and supports, nipa roof linings, and various weaves on the walls. Really, the impressive interior is a nod to our heritage while keeping up with the times.
The floor area in the house is spacious too. The living room, the porch, and the bedroom all have ample space and legroom to move about. Combine that with all their sleek yet rustic furniture, and you have yourself an amazing atmosphere to let loose and relax!
Scenic swimming pool
The pool is definitely a fine installment in the property. It’s 3 meters x 5 meters and 4 feet deep, perfect for a relaxing dip or swimming with the family. The waters of the pool become dazzling at night with color changing lights and series lightbulbs hanging above. While colored pools don’t always say relaxing, their unique setup in D’cazuela provides a cozy atmosphere combined with just the right amount of playful energy.
Now, the highlight of the property is its fantastic view of Mount Kanlaon. Right outside the bedroom and in front of the pool is the majestic mountain in all its glory. When the weather is clear and sunny, the full figure of the volcano can be admired from the villa. It’s always a humbling sight, and in D’cazuela VERDE, you get to enjoy it for the whole day.
The villa also has all the necessary amenities to make sure guests are comfortable. The villa has a dirty kitchen for all your cooking needs, as well as two toilets and baths to accommodate guests.
