How to get there?

Praia Vista is located just stones away from Dahican Beach. It is at Barangay Bangonay, Bobon, City of Mati. It is near popular landmarks including Menzi Dahican, Kalapyahan Lanes, Pacific breeze resort and Kubo resort. Driving from these places would take less than ten minutes but you can always hail a tricycle if you opt to commute.

With its gorgeous facade and complete amenities, Praia Vista is a dream for those who want to enjoy the sea and the sun.

It has two air-conditioned rooms that can accommodate ten people. It has one queen-sized bed and two twin-sized beds, with additional mattresses and beddings to be provided if needed.

The beach house also has both an indoor and outdoor kitchen and dining area where guests can cook and share their meals. It also has an adult and kiddie pool, a viewing deck, standby generator, and the best part is that all of its staff is fully vaccinated so you won’t have to worry about your safety.

All necessities are also provided including kitchenware, gas stove, griller, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser, hot and cold shower, cable TV, and Wifi connection.

Not included in the package, however, are complimentary breakfast, toiletries, towels, dishwashing materials and a speaker.

Further, please note visitors have a curfew time of until 10 PM only and loud music and videoke will only be allowed until 9 PM.
