How To Get There?

Location: Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur, Mindanao, Philippines

  • By Car: From Pagadian City, drive toward Dumingag, Zamboanga del Sur which takes roughly an hour via the main highway. Once in Dumingag, head toward Barangay Sunop, where Tigbulalang Falls is located navigating local and barangay roads that may be rough or unpaved near the jump off. It’s recommended to ask locals for directions once you reach Sunop to find the exact trail leading to the falls.
  • By Commute: From Pagadian City, take a bus or van bound for Dumingag. Upon arrival in Dumingag, take a habal-habal (motorbike taxi) or local transport to Barangay Sunop which is the barangay nearest the falls. From the trailhead, a short trek through forest paths leads to Tigbulalang Falls and hiring a local guide is advised to help navigate the final stretch safely.
