The area of Samar has full of famous tourist spots but one vacation house has made waves on the Internet recently because of its uniqueness and exclusivity. A Farm House is that perfect venue for that exclusive group overnight vacation either with friends or with family.
Located in an exclusive wooded area in San Isidro, this farm house is available for rent for groups that want to. It also offers a majestic view of the entire woodland of San Isidro, allowing visitors to bask in nature’s beauty while relaxing comfortably with gentle breeze.
With a house so unique in design, it also includes homey amenities including two bedrooms, an outdoor toilet, an outdoor cooking area, kitchen and a manual grill. Relaxing outside the house to experience nature’s presence even more is also possible as tables and benches are also displayed.
While relaxing and basking in the exclusivity with nature is the main reason why people would go here, full of activities can be done too while in the area as the farmhouse is also near to majestic waterfalls including the Pitokaluna Falls and the Bunglas Falls. These falls are about a 30-minute ride using the paved road.

RATES:
- Daily Use – P2,400, maximum of 12 pax with kids above eight (8) years old will be counted. Additional P200 per pax.
- Day Visit – P50/pax entrance fee. Includes free one (1) cup of coffee and one (1) serving of kakanin (kamote, dopineapple, etc) depending on availability of crop/season.
Note: day visits are only available from Sunday to Friday.

HOW TO GET THERE:
Exact Location: Km 18, of Brgy. Happy Valley, San Isidro, Northern Samar
BY COMMUTE: Starting from Brgy. Alegria (Diversion road bound to Lope Devega), Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Northern Samar, hire motorcycle taxis or habal-habal going up to the mountain top, as these are the only mode of transportation available to your destination. Advise the driver to be dropped to the “A Farm House” for 100 pesos per person. Note: the owners of the farm house are the Gulfans and local habal-habal riders are familiar with the name.
BY CAR: Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to “A Farm House” in San Isidro, Northern Samar. Parking space is available. Be noted that the road going up the mountain top is still unpaved (about 2 km) and using a motorcycle is more advised instead of any four-wheeled vehicle.
