Ayala Malls is investing PHP 2 billion to expand Abreeza Mall on JP Laurel Avenue.this major project aims to grow the mall and provide more options for shopping and business in the city.
Janice Parreno, the general manager of Abreeza Mall, announced that the expansion will add a new building with three floors for shopping, two floors for office and BPO Spaces and one floor for parking
Construction is expected to start in the last quarter of this year and finish by 2026.The expansion will feature new brands and dining options that are not currently available in Mindanao, so people won’t have to travel to Cebu or Manila to shop or eat at their favorite places.
The Davao market is growing and full of opportunities. Alongside the new expansion,the main mall will also be renovated to keep up with demand.The mall space is leased out, leaving only a few small spots available.
Ayala Land Inc., the parent company, has set aside PHP 13 billion for upgrading its main malls across the country. The design for the Abreeza Mall expansion has been created by CAN Design, a Hong Kong-based firm. The new design will include a grand entrance and a rooftop garden with a focus on wellness, seamlessly connecting with the existing mall and enhancing its relaxed, resort-like atmosphere.
