Pullman Mactan Cebu Hotel & Residences is a new luxury destination that is set to become the largest branded residential community in the Philippines.
It will have 200 guest rooms and suites, and 900 residences, making it a unique blend of comfort and exclusivity.
This project is a strategic partnership between AccorHotels and Tytans Properties Development, and is scheduled for construction commencement in 2025 and inauguration in 2028, and it will feature three towers, each with a penthouse.
Guests and residents will enjoy contemporary amenities and facilities, including dining options, lounges, recreational areas, and corporate spaces.
Chairman of Tytans Properties Development, Gerard Tan, expressed his insights on the potential of Mactan, Cebu, as a premier development destination. “As a Cebuano, I firmly believe in Cebu’s potential to become the tourist capital of the Philippines. Why not? It is home to the famous whale shark, a must-see for all tourists. Cebu also offers the sardines run and turtle swim in Moalboal, the country’s longest suspension bridge, which is the CCLEX, the world-renowned Cebuano lechon, and the world’s best mangoes,” Tan commented.
The project aims to redefine the benchmark for branded residences, and it is committed to showcasing local Cebuano craftsmanship and promoting the finest Filipino cuisine.
