Amping kamo as Tropical Storm Bebinca enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility.
Bebinca is intensifying according to Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) and is heading to typhoon category.
Once it hits the Philippines, the storm will be renamed Typhoon Ferdie, and has an estimated maximum sustained winds of 95 km/hr. It was lately monitored 1,975 km east of Central Luzon and will be bringing moderate to rough seas over the eastern seaboard of Mindanao as the southwest monsoon winds, and the southern and eastern seaboards of Visayas, are amplified.
SCATTERED RAINS
As Bebinca comes, PAGASA advised to expect scattered rains across the CARAGA region, Catanduanes, Masbate, Sorsogon, and in the Eastern Visayas region.
On the other hand, in the areas of Aurora, Bicol, Quezon, and the Cagayan Valley, it is forecasted that there will be isolated rains while Luzon and Metro Manila will have localized thunderstorms.
