How To Get There?

Location: Barangay Binocaran, Malimono, Surigao del Norte, Mindanao, Philippines

  • By Car: From Surigao City, drive north on the national road toward Malimono. When you reach Malimono proper, navigate toward Barangay Binocaran. From the barangay, you will likely take a local trail or path down to the falls.
  • By Commute: From Surigao City, take a bus, van, or jeepney heading to Malimono. Once in the Malimono town proper, take a habal-habal or tricycle to Barangay Binocaran. From there, walk or follow a trail with guidance from local residents to reach Tugawi Falls. Be ready for hiking since the final access is unlikely to have road vehicle access all the way to the falls.
