One of the recent mountaintop attractions that has been well-received among the locals is located in Sikatuna, Isabela: Bholomorz Hilltop View Café.
Bholomorz Hilltop View Café is one of the tourist spots, especially among motorcycle enthusiasts that has gained the attention of local residents recently. Definitely a good place to unwind and relax, the hilltop café offers a scenic view of the town of Isabela. The mountains can be also visibly seen, making the unwinding experience even more beautiful.
Aside from the fresh cool air, guests can also enjoy a variety of foods served in the café. Unlike the traditional cafes perched atop in mountains and roadside, the place is actually a combination of entrepreneurs selling local Filipino dishes.
Most patrons like it here, especially after a long ride where native soups can be a good idea. Coffee is also served for those who want that traditional pit stop beverage and also, to keep them alert for a long ride back home.
For those who want to take pictures, there are set background wooden frames, readily available for the guests to be used. The most popular wooden frame background is made up of bamboo wood and other native materials, though sometimes, they change it up too if there’s an occasion such as the Valentine’s day where pink would be the dominant color of the frames.
And for those who are sunset and sunrise chasers, it is truly possible to witness those two things as the café is open already from 5AM and will be closing past sunset, which is at 8PM.

HOW TO GET THERE?
Exact location: Sikatuna, Isabela, Negros Occidental, Philippines
BY BUS: Starting at San Carlos City bus terminal, you can ride a bus to Sikatuna City in Isabela. The location is about 8 kilometers from the barangay hall in Barangay Libas. From there, you can hail habal-habal riders bound to Sikatuna. Drivers can arrange a trip with you which costs upwards of ₱150 and takes 30 to 45 minutes one-way.
If you’re coming from Dumaguete City, you can ride a bus or a V-hire to Sikatuna, Isabela. Bus fare is around ₱170 and v-hire travel costs around ₱130. Travel time can take 3 to 3.5 hours. Alight at Sikatuna in Isabela City and head to the market to find a motorcycle taxi.
