Joan Paralisan, Team Leader of Online Lingap, explained that the online service mirrors the assistance provided to walk-in clients, including help with hospital and funeral bills, dialysis treatment, and medical procedures. Residents can submit their requirements through the Lingap para sa Mahirap official Facebook page for quicker processing. Paralisan encouraged the use of scanned documents to ensure clarity.
Online transactions take about five to ten minutes and operate from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Lingap program also has satellite offices in various locations, including Calinan, Marilog, Toril, Bunawan, Paquibato, and the Almendras Gymnasium compound.
