The entire schedule of events has been made public by the Davao City government which has formally designated August 15, 2025, a special non-working holiday for the Kadayawan Festival and Indigenous People’s Day. With a trade show that lasts until August 31, the festival takes place from August 8 to August 17.

The Misa Pasasalamat at San Pedro Cathedral marks the start of the celebrations on August 7 and the Tribal Village at Magsaysay Park marks the formal start on August 8. Prepare yourself for street dancing, cultural performances, markets with indigenous cuisine, and a cosplay flair that combines creativity and tradition.

The Tribal Village hosts the Pan­anam sa Kadayawan from August 9 to 17. On August 17, Roxas Avenue and San Pedro Square were illuminated by the Pamulak ug Indak-Indak sa Kadayawan street parade and showdown. The Kadayawan Pasasalamat closing celebration at Rogen Inn on August 20 comes next.
