“A land made by waves of the sea”, or in short, Quinale, is an appropriate name for this white sand wonder in Anda, Bohol.
Quinale Beach Resort is a beach nestled in the quiet town of Anda on the eastern shores of Bohol and is slowly becoming the new tropical hotspot in the island. Due to its beautiful powder-fine white sands, it is also getting called as Anda de Boracay which refers to its beauty being equal to the most-visited tropical paradise in the country.
Quinale is the perfect name for this beach. The seabeds close to the shore are dominated by the white powders and are almost devoid of any rock or seaweed which makes the beach look like a big blanket of white. The lack of rocks and seagrass on the water also makes swimming much more relaxing and pleasing for most people.
The fine white sands will quietly sneak into the spaces between the feet but they won’t even be noticed because of how fine they are. Since the town is also teeming with various aquatic life, tourists also come for snorkeling and diving to see the wonders that await them under the water.
A perfectly fine beach such as this warrants unforgettable experiences especially with a primary beach that spans up to two kilometers. With a beachfront that big, the various activities that can be done are expected to give the feet more than just a tickle.
Locals and visiting families enjoy sunny afternoons under the shade of the few Mantalisay Trees or inside tents set over the soft and smooth powdered sands. Friends and families can play a competitive game of beach volleyball or other beach sports on the beachfront while some people like to take a bite and sip of Quinale Beach Bar’s food and refreshments. Alternatively, there are tables and chairs for rent if groups decide to set up along the beach to enjoy the sea breeze.
Aside from being a natural wonder, the maintenance of the beach and public amenities are also something to applaud. The beach is kept clean all the time and the comfort rooms are actually comfortable because despite being free-to-use, they are properly cleaned and are virtually spotless.
