Get ready for one of the most awaited fiesta as Negros Occidental gears up for the highly anticipated Panaad sa Negros Festival! This year’s theme, “Living The Promise,” sets the stage for a celebration.

Every April, Negrenses come together to give thanks and commemorate their panaad or vows, making the festival a true testament to unity and gratitude. Known as the Festival of All Festivals in Negros, it brings together over 30 cities and municipalities for a grand celebration.

Since its humble beginnings in 1993, the festival has grown. What started as a three-day event at the Capital Park and Lagoon has now turned into a spectacular affair held at the Panaad Stadium and Panaad Park, both places were establishments after tourists flocked to the festival.

This year’s festival promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a showcase of talents in the visual arts taking center stage. LGUs will compete in a design contest, transforming their pavilions into vibrant showcases of their town’s culture and delicacies.
