Sea of Clouds

Have you ever wondered how fogs are formed? As moist winds blow toward a mountain, it up glides and this causes the air to rise and cool. This fog forms adiabatically. Adiabatically is the process that causes sinking air to warm and rising air to cool. That’s just a bit of science.

On cold season, JILA’s Smallville is visited more often because of its spectacular view of mountain fog also known as upslope fog. During summer, this spot offers clear blue sky painted with puffs of white clouds. With accessible paved road along Sitio Macopa, tourists as well as locals are enjoying the stunning mountain view.

Cup of Milk Tea

It has been a decade since milk tea was introduced in the country. Drinking milk tea accordingly reduces stress. Good news, JILA’s SmallVille envisions to pamper your mental health with scenic views as well as—you guess it—milk teas! What’s better than watching the clouds idly passing through the green highland across with your favorite milk tea and organic, freshly-picked sayote fries (in English, it could be translated as “christophine“, “Cho-cho“, “mirilton“,”pear squash“, or “vegetable pear“).

Enjoy their delicious menu of all-day breakfast, too!
